Marble drop cookies

You can enjoy these cookies with coffee or milk, but you simply can’t resist eating them! These ingredients make about 30 cookies.

Ingredients: 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ¾ cup of softened butter, ½ cup of light brown sugar, ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar, ½ chopped walnuts, 1 egg, 1 sachet of MacChocolate

  1. Preheat oven to 150°С.
  2. Sift all-purpose flour, add to it baking powder and light brown sugar. Set aside.
  3. Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy. Then beat in egg and vanilla sugar.
  4. Combine both mixtures and add walnuts. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Add MacChocolate to the dough and stir with a gentle swirling motion to create the desired marbled effect.
  6. Using a spoon, drop small amounts of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 175°С for 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Chocolate dip

Enjoy this dip that goes so well together with cookies, biscuits or bread.

Ingredients: 1 sachet of MacChocolate, 2 tablespoons of boiling water, 3 tablespoons of milk

  1. Dissolve MacChocolate in boiling water.
  2. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Add milk and bring it to boil. Stir until it becomes homogenous.

A hint: Use MacChocolate Hazelnut for some delicious chocolate and hazelnut cream.

Ingredients: ½ cup of instant oatmeal, 1½ cup of boiling water, 1 sachet of MacChocolate, Milk

  3. Add instant oatmeal straight away and stir until it’s thick.
  4. Add milk if you wish.

Chocolate pound cake

There’s no better pleasure than to have a bite of a cake you made yourself. Follow these simple steps and have fun baking!

Ingredients: 1 ½ cup of flour, 5 sachets of MacChocolate, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of softened butter, 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, ¾ cups of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 1 cup of chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 150°С.
  2. Butter and flour metal loaf pan.
  3. Mix flour, MacChocolate, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat butter in a large bowl until fluffy.
  5. Gradually add sugar to the butter and beat until homogeneous.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, beating well all the time.
  7. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients in 3 additions, beating well after each addition.
  8. Now mix all ingredients together and add chocolate chips.
  9. Transfer the dough to the loaf pan. Smooth top. Bake for about an hour until ready.
  10. Let cool for 15 minutes. Then wrap in foil and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 day.


  • Cut the pound cake into small square pieces.
  • Spoon strawberries on top and add a scoop of ice cream.
  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
